Grand Celebration of “Mahashivarathri Festival” at Rajajinagar Sri Ramamandira on 11.03.2021, adding one more feather to the crown.
The management committee of Sri Rama Seva Mandali is celebrating all the Hindus festivals at Rajajinagar Sri Rama Mandira. Among them one such festival is Mahashivarathri Festival.
The festival was started ritually in the early morning with Sankalpa and Ksheerabhisheka Shatharudrabhishika, Panchamruthabhisheka, Bilvarchane to Lord Shiva in FOUR YAAMAS till next day morning 8 am .
The cultural programmes viz., Bhajane, Sangeetha, Hindustani Sangeetha, Bharathanatyam, Shastreeya Sangeetha and Shiva Namas Smarane has been arranged from 3.00 pm to 12.00 am. A systematic arrangement for darshana and prasada has been arranged giving priority for Senior Citizens.
A Very attractive light arrangement with water falls and idols of Shiva Parvathi had added a very grand look in the temple with positive vibrations, received good appreciation from the devotees and the younger generation were taking selfies in the temple. More than 5000 devotees visited temple for darshana.
We are very glad and proud that after “Mahakumbhabhisheka Mahothsava” celebration of “Mahashivarathri Festival” at Sri Ramamandira added one more feather to the crown with the blessings of Almighty God.
