The Managing committee of the temple due to the ongoing crisis caused by the Corona Pandemic decided to throw in their might in reducing the suffering of common man.Though the temple was closed because of lockdown the committee members decided to use the goodwill of Rama to vaccinate citizens as a first step.
Sri Rama Seva Mandali organized Covid-19 Vaccination Campaign on 18.04.2021 in association with Rajajinagar Residents Welfare Association and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike(BBMP) for citizens above 45 years of age.citizens.
Campaign went well and all the Government rules and regulations were followed by maintaining social distance, wering masks and by sanitising.Many senior citizens who were afraid to get vaccinated in the hospital found comfort and peace of mind in getting vaccinated at the temple premises.Totally 266 members got vaccinated.The persons who came for vaccination were given breakfast,food and drinks.This initiative of the temple was appreciated very much by all the persons and devotees.Not only by giving divine blessings Rama also stood along with doctors in bringing succor to patients.
